COGNOS Team RoomCOGNOS Resources Now Available On-Line
RSG has recently reorganized our Cognos Team Room to make it more user-friendly.
The Team Room can be accessed by logging onto the forum with your user ID and password. If you need to be set up as a new user, please contact the RSG Help Desk at 403-297-1682 or by e-mail at help@richer.ca.
Once you are logged into the Team Room, click on Team Documents. We then recommend that you click on “By Category”. This will take you to an environment where you can view and select Cognos catalogs, documents or reports. Underneath these headings you will be able to access resources that are organized by enrich modules.
A spreadsheet lists all of the available reports and can be accessed by searching for “report list” once you’re successfully inside the Team Room.
