Module :

The Solution is simple... enrich!

enrich is a suite of standardized software modules that are integrated to form an ERP system for the Transportation Services market. The strengths of the product set are found in a comprehensive contract management, reservations and billing system, the integration of that system to a complete asset and maintenance management system and further to a fully functional accounting system. A wide variety of optional modules support the additional products offered by enrich to customers including rentals, fuel sales, sales and service maintenance, logistics, freight services, and fuel tax processing

The modules are offered from a menu of “a la carte” selections which allows enrich customers to build a solution specific to their requirements. The extensive use of business parameters further enhances the customization to meet the specific needs of customers without comprising the efficiencies offered by “packaged” software.

The enrich solution is provided through a services of interconnected modules. As enrich grows to become your operational system, additional modules can be added. Today these include :

Equipment Maintenance and Materials

Asset Management

The Power of Integration

In each module, enrich offers substantial functionality in its own right, but, combined the real power of an integrated software solution is seen.

As an example, enrich contains all of the data elements and provides reporting tools that allow for a true Unit Profit and Loss statement to be created. The Unit P&L can be rolled up to customer P&L , facility P&L, etc. The Profit & Loss reporting looks at all revenue generated including: lease revenue, rental revenue, services revenue, fuel revenue, against all costs including: depreciation expense, interest expense, maintenance expense, license expense, the cost of fuel and even the amounts recovered in warranty collections.

Other examples of integration are listed below offering opportunities to save considerable labor dollars in eliminating the need to key and re-key data and at the same time provide real time, enterprise wide views of the operations of your company:
