enrich e-news Volume 1 Issue 1 January 2004

THE enrich CUSTOMER NEWSLETTER

This is the inaugural issue of the enrich customer newsletter and it is being launched at the same time as the new enrich / RSG website. As the enrich community of users continues to grow we are looking at new ways of communicating to all of our customers. We hope that this quarterly newsletter will serve as an important conduit of information regarding the evolution of the enrich system and Richer Systems Group Inc.

enrich Users Conference to be held in September 2004

Dates for the next enrich Users Conference have been finalized for September 26, 27 and 28th, 2004 and the venue will once again be the Sheraton Suites Eau Claire, Calgary, Alberta.

A committee of enrich customers has met and has developed a set of excellent agenda items for the 2 ½ days of the Conference. But, now we need your input to select and prioritize the agenda items. Many of you will have already heard from us soliciting your opinions on the content of the agenda. A questionnaire has been sent to key contacts at each enrich user site. Please complete the questionnaire and return it to us as soon as possible. We plan to publish the final agenda by the end of June so that you have plenty of time to plan to come, and who to bring with you.

The 2004 enrich Users Conference promises to be the best ever; building on last year’s event which attracted the highest number of participants in the 5 year history of the event

RSG continues its Growth

Your commitment to enrich has allowed us to grow. Today, RSG has a head count of 52 people and we have plans to add more staff in 2005.

In addition to a number of new faces in Calgary, we have also added to our team implementation and training consultants based in Philadelphia, PA, Salt Lake City, UT, and Detroit, MI.

The current roster includes 8 people in Client Services / Help Desk; 10 people in Training & Implementation, and 25 people in Development. While many of the staff are new to RSG, we have been successful in recruiting professionals with significant amounts of transportation industry experience and in many cases with real life experience in installing and using enrich.

Welcome to the Family

Joining the enrich community of users are a large number of new fleets from throughout North America and now Europe.

The City Of London (Ontario, Canada) successfully completed the implementation of enrich Maintenance and Materials Module on May 1st and is now “live”

A division of Trimac Transportation, Cage Logistics, has gone “live” at two of its locations and are working at completing their implementation of enrich at the rest of their sites.

Another 6 customers are in the process of installing enrich and we expect that by the end of the summer that all of these installations will have been completed and enrich will be in use at another 100 maintenance facilities in the U.S., Canada, Germany and the U.K.

What is interesting to note is the expanded use of enrich along the eastern Seaboard of North America. You’ll now find shops from Miami, Florida to Halifax, Nova Scotia and all points in between using the enrich fleet management system. The city with the greatest number of enrich installations: Mississauga, Ontario – Toronto’s largest suburb. Next up include Milwaukee, WI, and Tampa, FL. State or Province with greatest number of installations: Ontario, but the number of enrich installations in Georgia, Florida and North Carolina are growing fast.

Have a Safe and Productive Summer

The next newsletter will reach you at the end of the summer and will include new features including answers to frequently asked questions, profiles of our customers and employees.
