PTF553 is now available

Richer Systems Group is pleased to announce the next general release of enrich - PTF553.

This upgrade continues to add stability and functionality. Highlights include:

• Enhanced functionality to inventory and purchasing management
• New functionality for warranty management
• Improved stability in the lease rental module
• Increased flexibility in consolidated billing
• PM enhancements in Customer Web Access (CWA) module

Documentation for PTF553 is available in the RSG User Group Discussion Forum and also in the Documentation section of the webpage. You will need a username and password to access these resources. If you are not already registered, please contact the Help Desk and they will provide you with the necessary information.

COGNOS Resources Available On-Line

RSG has recently attached our COGNOS Teamroom database to the web site so that customers with User Discussion Forum login capability can now access a list of COGNOS reports that have been written for enrich. There are over 35 reports available today and they span the Asset Management, Lease/Rental, Shop, Financial, and Fuel modules of enrich. Each entry in the teamroom contains a specific report, and it includes highlight documentation, a detailed description document, and the COGNOS .imr report file as well. To access, please follow the Forum Login link.

This teamroom provides enrich users with access to reports that serve a very specific purpose. They can be used as they are, or with modification, either by the customers themselves or through RSG COGNOS Resources. A spreadsheet lists all of the available reports, just search for "Report List" once you're successfully inside the teamroom. Contact RSG Help Desk at 403-297-1682 for any assistance required, or to receive a User ID and Password for access.
